The inquiry borned from the idea of insert domestic memories, using the implantation of empty spaces, patios in an imaginary territory. This, permits inhabit the desert, and the forms are extracted from projects developed in the studio Llosa Cortegana Arquitectos, between 2005 and 2012.

By this procedure, the studio seeks for the implantation from the discipline, daily experiences and implicit experiences in architectural design, moving away from purely compositional exercise and start approaching the strategy and possibility to meet the contingencies of the project.

The mesurable variables are the location through chronological data and the equivalence of mass and void.
